chatty
I called the temp agency to follow up on extra hours. She said ok. Well I was going to call you sd the temp lady. I got feed back from Soso. She sd that Night mgr said you were chatty last nite. Huh? Also, he felt that you were not productive. Funny thing, we were cranking out work. I had pu up complete work. We had a second stack work done. He could have even told us that he felt our talking was excessive.
So I guess I wont be talking tomorrow. *shrugs*

You have a Masters!
You have obtained your Bachelors, and Masters for your career.
You’ve been laid off or fired. Maybe, you fear job stability in your current status. What is next? I was talking to an associate. She was a PhD candidate. Now, she is going to trade school. She’s put her PhD dreams on hold for trade school. Her belief that she need to walk into a job with a future-recession proof. I”m on the same wavelength.
I’m looking into vocational schools that I can obtain a new career path with a yr or two.
Now, I can qualify for old age scholarships! LOL!

For
a person without a job. I swear, I am working like a person with a job. I’m pumping out cover letters and resumes. Typical Florida fashion, my power went out as I was typing a letter. I cussed like a sailor. Luckily, I had save some of it.
I have other projects that I am trying to complete before friday.
It’s to the point that I made a list of projects. I prioritize them. Sad thing, most of the projects need to be done quickly.. lol..
what’s the saying.. hard work does not go unrewarded..

The more I search on Craigslist for jobs. I search elsewhere too! I noticed that potential employees are responding back to the job ads with angry soliloquies about the poor wages vs high education accomplishments or yrs of experience.
Also, I noticed. Job seekers are quick to inform you of shady employers and companies.
Sadly, they are alot of scam artists on craigslist and other job sites. They give you hope of job. You arrive for the interview.. Whoop There it is! Scam! Folks preying on vulnerable.

My range of motion
is improving.. Initially, I was negative in r.o.m. Now, I’m a zero going to an 1. My goal is 3 in range of motion. My PT’s goal is 5..

I was on a message board asking about HR trends. Most folks believed Employers hold cards and can deal them to employees to their choosing. My thoughts, ok! This might be true. Obviously it is true! Are employers losing out on decent employees ? Because they do not fit this standard or that standard. . What happened to the times of training folks for a job? Are jumping thru hoops to obtain a job? A previous job, I had interviewed for .. I was told that I did not get the job b/c I did not have Sag Harbor suit. Pish! Psah! I laughed heartily.. obviously it was not the job for me. odd..
