On July 2nd, I could have sworn Bush  said 2nd stimulus check is coming.  So, I’m searching on irs.gov and whitehouse.gov. I cant find shish!   I googled  “2nd stimulus check july 08″  I guessed it was a Bobby Ewing dream sequence that I had on July 2nd 08. Congress has to vote on it. They are going to mix it with other needs..
