certifications
I remembered when certifications were all the rage. Whether, It was A+ or Microsoft XYZ. I know one thing, Those dayum test cost too much money.
What are those test worth now to one’s salary?
I remembered. Some folks walked around with their certs with no jobs. Only recently, I saw a job ad . It asked for A+. It was a help desk job.
One moment It’s required and valuable.. Another moment, it’s worthless paper..

paperwork
Golly-gee! I’ve completed so many job applications. Rather, they are asking for my transcripts, references or sample of my hair (not really). Now, I am completing another gov’t agency application. I need to send forms to my references.. I’m my own HR dept over on this side of the monitor.. Hmm! I wonder.. If I create a business out of it, It sounds like their is a need for it. lol
Funny thing, I had one temp agency interested in me for a position. The job does not start till the end of the month. The paperwork for this job was overkill.. I sat there shaking my head! This is the reason I had a melt down yesterday.. It was too much..
Well, I need to get back on my grind again.. lol I do not wish to be unemployed or underemployed for long..

Bad
I had a bad day, yesterday. why? I had to deal with two insurance companies. I told the one representative. If a person is paying this much money, I should receive better service and should not have to deal with all this ping-ponging..
I went into Publix (grocery store) buy some things. Why did this Black male teenager mock my walk? I was walking in front of him. I stepped aside and looked at him like fool! Home training is lacking ..
